- The Health and Disability Commissioner (HDC) received a complaint from Ms B about the services provided by Dr A. The following issue was identified for investigation:
Whether Dr A provided Ms B with an appropriate standard of care from 14 June 2019 to 11 May 2020 (inclusive). - This report is the opinion of Deborah James, Deputy Health and Disability Commissioner, and is made in accordance with the power delegated to her by the Commissioner.
